§ 161.066. CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP.

(a) An electric cooperative shall issue a certificate of membership to a member who pays the member's membership fee in full.
(b) A certificate of membership is not transferable.
(c) A certificate of membership shall be surrendered to the cooperative on the resignation, expulsion, or death of the member.
