§ 44.008. CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE RESILIENCE REPORT.

Official statutory text

(a) Not later than January 1 of each year, the security commission shall prepare and deliver a nonclassified report to the legislature, the governor, and the commission assessing natural and man-made threats to critical infrastructure and efforts to mitigate the threats.

(b) The security commission shall make the report available to the public.

(c) In preparing the report, the security commission may hold confidential or classified briefings with federal, state, and local officials as necessary.
