§ 54.3015. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER.

This subchapter applies to a transitioning company under Chapter 65 in relation to its regulated exchanges in the same manner and to the same extent this subchapter applies to a holder of a certificate of convenience and necessity.
