§ 59.054. PROGRESS REPORT.
Official statutory text
(a) On each anniversary of the company's election date, an electing company shall file with the commission a report on the company's progress on its infrastructure commitment.
(b) The report must include a statement of:
(1) the institutions requesting service under Subchapter D;
(2) the institutions served under Subchapter D;
(3) the investments and expenses for the previous period and the total investments and expenses for all periods; and
(4) other information the commission considers necessary.
