§ 15.110. REQUIREMENTS FOR POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS AND FEDERAL AGENCIES.

(a) Subject only to constitutional limitations, all contracting political subdivisions may issue and execute those bonds, notes, or other obligations necessary to conform to and comply with repayment obligations adopted by the board.

(b) Loans of financial assistance under this subchapter shall be repaid to the board, and the payments made to the board for these loans of financial assistance shall be made in compliance with terms and conditions established by the board.
