§ 17.872. ISSUANCE OF BONDS.

The board by resolution may provide for the issuance of negotiable bonds, to be known as Texas agricultural water conservation bonds, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200 million pursuant to Article III, Section 50-d, of the Texas Constitution.
