§ 5.587. TEMPORARY AND INDEFINITE PERMIT REPORTING.

(a) This section does not apply to a person who holds a temporary permit or permit with an indefinite term that has a regular reporting requirement.
(b) A person who holds a temporary permit or permit with an indefinite term shall report to the commission annually whether the activity subject to the permit is ongoing.
