§ 5.807. ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING LABORATORY ACCREDITATION ACCOUNT.
Official statutory text
All fees collected under this subchapter shall be deposited to the credit of the environmental testing laboratory accreditation account and may be appropriated to the commission only for paying the costs of the accreditation program.
