§ 56.203. RECORD BOOK FOR BONDS.

Official statutory text

(a) Before any bonds are issued, the board shall provide a well-bound book in which the board shall keep a record of:

(1) all bonds which have been issued;

(2) the numbers of the bonds;

(3) the amount of the bonds;

(4) the rate of interest on the bonds;

(5) the date of issuance of the bonds;

(6) the date on which the bonds are due;

(7) the place where the bonds are payable;

(8) the amount received for the bonds;

(9) the annual rate of assessment to pay interest on and provide a sinking fund for the bonds; and

(10) the payment of each bond.

(b) The board shall keep the book open at all times for public inspection by district taxpayers and bondholders.
