§ 60.407. OPENING SEALED PROPOSALS AND BIDS.

(a) An official of the district shall open the bids and competitive sealed proposals on the date specified in the notice. If an error is discovered in the original specifications or the nature of the item to be purchased requires an extension, the date may be extended.
