§ 68.351. DISSOLUTION OF DISTRICT FOR FAILURE TO IMPOSE AN ASSESSMENT.

A district is dissolved if the district has not imposed an assessment before the fifth anniversary of the date of the order creating the district under Section 68.107. The county that created the district assumes any district debts or assets.
