Application of operating note proceeds.

Official statutory text

All moneys resulting from the contracting of operating notes or any payment to be received under an agreement or ancillary arrangement entered into under s. 18.73 (5) with respect to any such operating notes shall be credited to the general fund, except that moneys which represent premium and accrued interest on operating notes, or moneys for purposes of funding or refunding operating notes pursuant to s. 18.72 (1) shall be credited to the operating note redemption fund.
