Historical society endowment fund.

Official statutory text

There is established a separate nonlapsible endowment fund designated as the historical society endowment fund, to consist of all gifts, grants, or bequests made to the fund. Notwithstanding s. 20.907 (1) , the historical society may convert any noncash gift, grant, or bequest into cash.
