Court fees.

Official statutory text

The fees of the sheriff and one deputy, and of the clerk of the court and one deputy, for attendance upon the court for the trial of any action under ss. 76.01 to 76.26 shall be audited by the department of administration upon the certification of said clerk and approval by the attorney general, paid out of the state treasury and charged to the appropriation for circuit courts.
