In the corporate area, I handle mergers, stock and asset purchase and sale transactions, private offereings, entity structuring, employment and buy-sell agreements, corporate governance and general business contracts. In the real estate area, my practice includings commercial property acquistions, securing financing on behalf of lenders and borrowers, complex title issues, lease (ground, office and reatail) transactions, and licensing and easement arrangements..
