He serves as court-appointed counsel in Conservatorship cases in Los Angeles County.  Scott is dedicated to helping the elderly and giving back to the community through his volunteer work with various non-profit organizations.. Scott attended the University of La Verne, graduating with an B.S. in Accounting in 1995 with honors. Scott went on to attend Whittier Law School where he earned his law degree.
