Scott has a wealth of experience in all aspects of litigation. He has tried numerous cases through trial, which include cases involving trust, estate, probate, conservatorship, elder abuse and fraud, tax disputes, and business litigation matters. He has successfully settled cases where he was able to get multi-million dollar settlements for his clients. He has prevailed at trial and won various sanctions and attorney fee awards against opponents. Scott is known to vigorously represent his client’s interests and aggressively seek justice on their behalf.. Scott is actively involved in the Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside County legal community.  He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, and various specialty groups therein. He serves as court-appointed counsel in Conservatorship cases in Los Angeles County.  Scott is dedicated to helping the elderly and giving back to the community through his volunteer work with various non-profit organizations.. Scott attended the University of La Verne, graduating with an B.S. in Accounting in 1995 with honors. Scott went on to attend Whittier Law School where he earned his law degree.
