Ms. Chiang has over 12 years of civil litigation experience in areas of law, including, but not limited to, business, real estate, collection, bankruptcy/creditors' rights, tenant/landlord disputes, employment law, trademark law, personal injury, insurance coverage, toxic mold litigation, construction defect, eminent domain, and lemon law. Because of her diverse background in civil litigation, in 2006, Ms. Chiang taught a C.E.B. class on the topic “Civil Litigation Before Trial” at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Irvine, California.Ms. Chiang is also a licensed real estate broker.
