About Tracy Guerra
Hi- my name is Tracy Guerra and I am an attorney in Long Beach, CA. I have been specializing in exclusively representing residential and commercial landlords for over 20 years.. We currently handle an average of about 100 evictions a month all over Southern California, and over the years I have personally handled over 10,000 evictions with an over 99% success rate.. Our clients include 'mom and pop' landlords, real estate investors and developers, small and large property management companies, real estate agents and brokers, trustees, executors ,and court appointed receivers.. We have performed evictions for the City of Long Beach Redevelopment Agency in their eminent domain evictions, and the Long Beach City Attorney's Office in their drug arrest evictions.. I have appeared at trial hundreds of times on behalf of many large banks, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Citibank, in their post-foreclosure evictions.. I have been qualified as an expert witness in landlord/tenant law and have been called to testify as to the rights and duties of both landlords and tenants, and the court's process for evictions..
