Vijay has published twenty-one articles related to law, business and finance in respected academic and practitioner journals, including the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance, the Berkeley Business Law Journal, the Securities Regulation Law Journal, the Real Estate Finance Journal and Pratt's Journal of Bankruptcy Law.Vijay is admitted to practice law in the States of California and New York and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
