Southern California DUI Defense Attorney Kellee C. Parker graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from California State University, Long Beach in 2002. Ms. Parker spent the next year serving as the Constituent Services Specialist for a local assemblymember. In 2003 Ms. Parker went on to pursue her law degree at Chapman University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude in May 2006. While in law school, Ms. Parker served as a criminal defense law clerk for the firm of Buckner, Khouri, Chavos and Mirkovich and for the Office of the Orange County Public Defender. As a law clerk for Buckner, Khouri, Chavos, and Mirkovich, Ms. Parker worked on the high profile federal public defender case that the public coined the Mexican Mafia trial for over one year. Upon passing the bar in 2006, Ms. Parker became an associate of Buckner, Khouri, Chavos, and Mirkovich and was able to represent a number of different clients in the fields of criminal defense and administrative law.. Ms. Parker joined forces with a solo practitioner in 2007 where she spent two years practicing criminal defense with an emphasis on DUI defense. Following Ms. Parker’s time with the solo practitioner, she opened the Parker Law Center, a criminal defense and DUI law practice.. Southern California DUI Lawyer Parker is licensed to practice within the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District. Ms. Parker is a skilled DUI attorney and an aggressive advocate of clients’ rights. Southern California Defense Attorney Parker has successfully represented clients facing a variety of complex misdemeanor and felony DUI cases. Ms. Parker is committed to preparing the best possible defense at both the Court and DMV processes.. In addition to fiercely defending her clients, Ms. Parker is also a Professor with the Criminal Justice Department at California State University, Long Beach where she teaches: criminal procedure, constitutional rights, and criminal court processes.. Ms. Parker has received a vast amount of training regarding drinking and driving issues. She attends monthly seminars and dinners with topics including but not limited to: DMV hearings, jury trial, jury selection, breath testing devices, and closing arguments.. Southern California DUI Defense Attorney Parker has been qualified to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (N.H.T.S.A.). Additionally, DUI Lawyer Parker is a member of the California Dui Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
