Paul obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1983 from Rice University and his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1986. After many years in private practice, Paul joined Kissinger & Fellman in October of 2010.. Paul focuses his practice in general business and corporate law, employment law, employment contracting, public employment, employment severance agreements, medical professional licensure and credentialing, and insurance defense.
