In that position he was responsible for drafting numerous opinions and memoranda for various judges statewide. He has also served as lead trial counsel, admitted pro hac vice, in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts as well as in state court in Massachusetts and New York. He has appeared and argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court..
