About Matthew Linde
As of June 2021, I am one of 11 Florida lawyers (out of approximately 91,000 currently practicing ) who have attained board certification by the Florida Bar in Elder Law and in Wills, Trusts, and Estates and is the only lawyer in Southwest Florida to attain this status. Certification is the Florida Bar’s highest evaluation of an attorney's competency, experience and professionalism in the areas of law approved for specialization. I have also found that sometimes I receive voluminous documents only to discover after one or two questions that I cannot assist someone for various reasons. Since I am busy performing valuable services for paying clients, I review documents provided during, and not before, free consultations. Given my many years of experience and board certifications, I can go through all but the most complex documents in a few minutes.
