In addition, the office staff includes an accountant, who prepares fiduciary accountings and tax returns; an attorney with a Master of Laws in Taxation; and paralegals, who assist with probate and trust administrations and real estate transactions. Finally, although the office would be pleased to work with a corporate or family fiduciary to administer an estate or trust, Mr. Lauer has acted as an independent fiduciary on many occasions working hand in hand with the client’s trusted financial advisor.
