Mr. Stoll was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993 and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1994. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1993.
