I began my career representing automobile and motorcycle manufacturers in complex product liability claims.  After a brief stint as an Assistant City Attorney doing Eminent Domain condemnation cases and representing the Code Enforcement Board, I resumed my prior practice area until I founded SeifertMiller, LLC a law firm dedicated to representing victims of negligence.. I have tried a number of cases to verdict and have a great deal of experince representing injured people.  This coupled with my prior experience representing manufacturers and insurance companies gives me keen insight into how best to represent my clients.  Since 2002, I have only represented injured people.. I live in Windermere, Florida with my wife Jamie.  We have been married 35 years and have a son also named Scott who is a recent graduate of Michigan State University School of Law.
