I have been Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Utah State Bar, Chairman of the Environmental Control Committee, and served as a Bar Examiner for the Utah State Bar.. My real estate practice has included representing landlords, developers, and negotiating leases with Albertson’s, Inc., Wendy’s, Big 5 Sports, and others. I have represented lenders and borrowers.
