He has, without compensation, given advice to nursing homes and assisted living facilities with the hope of improving resident care.. Mr. Prieto serves as County Administrator in Bartow County, as well as Probate Judge pro tempore. He has also served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps and is a combat veteran of wars in the Middle East. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group and Chair of the GTLA Nursing Home Litigation Group.
