“I served as local counsel for Jonathan on a case in which a pedestrian was killed as a result of being struck by a taxi. The facts of the case made it a difficult liability case, but Jonathan and his team did extensive early investigation which helped develop facts which made the case very winnable. When it came time to negotiate the case, he took a very hard line with the defense not blinking in the face of tough facts and was able to secure a significant settlement on a very difficult case. I was very impressed with the work that Jonathan and his team did and with their diligence in prosecuting the case. I strongly recommend Jonathan if you have need for a lawyer to handle a significant personal injury/wrongful death case.”
