Daniel Ragland is a civil trial attorney and a founding partner of Ragland Law Firm, LLC. For over 30 years, Mr. Ragland's practice has focused primarily on representing victims of negligence, defective products, food poisoning, and medical malpractice. He has handled a variety of cases in both state and federal courts in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, and Tennessee. He has argued cases before the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. He is a Champion member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He served on the Board of Directors as Legal Advisor to MADD Georgia (1991-1998), and he currently serves on the MADD Georgia Advisory Council.
