Mr. Meek’s practice includes both litigation and transactional work, and has to date included estate planning, real estate, small business formation, commercial litigation, divorce, child custody and support, adoption, guardianships, criminal law and general litigation. He also serves as city prosecutor for smaller town surrounding Idaho Falls.. During law school, he served as a member of the Honor Court Judiciary, President of the Multicultural Law Caucus, and an associate member of the Idaho Law Review. In his final year of law school, he was elected by his peers to serve as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. In 2006, he graduated from law school and was admitted to practice law in Idaho’s state courts and in the United States District Court of Idaho. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar, American Bar Association, and the Eagle Rock Chapter of the American Inns of Court.. Mr. Meek is an active member of the community.  He has served in the Eagle Rock Inn of the American Inns of Court, President of the Idaho Falls Civitan Club, Chartered Organizational Representative of a local Boy Scout organization, volunteer attorney for the Court Appointed Special Advocates Program, and was recently elected as a Board Member of the Idaho Falls Auditorium District.
