Practice areas also include child visitation, post decree Judgment enforcement, college expense enforcement, spousal maintenance modification, child support modifcation, and civil union agreements. Past clients have included physicians, lawyers, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, scientists, business owners, clergy members, home-makers, teachers and union members, as well as their spouses.. I have lectured, locally and nationally, in the areas of legal ethics, civility and professionalism, child custody, and family law, for the National Business Institute, Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.. Good communication and a hands on approach to each case is a priority when assisting my clients as they go through the process of transitioning their lives. Although I can aggressively litigate, I promote a cooperative strategy to alleviate the emotional stresses inherent in family law issues when it best benefits my client..
