Represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service Examination Division and Appeals Office and with the Illinois Department of Revenue, and has been involved in the litigation of over 30 matters at all levels of the Federal court system, including the United States Tax Court and various US Courts of Appeal.Active in the pro bono community, working with the Midwest Tax Clinic to assist low-income individuals in tax disputes and collection matters with the Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Revenue.
