My private wealth clients receive comprehensive counsel on wealth preservation, estate planning, tax avoidance and asset protection, while my business clients receive business counsel, including entity structuring for tax and liability protection, business transactions, risk management, mergers, acquisitions, sales, and corporate governance. As a CPA, I also have the unique ability to understand my clients’ issues from a financial and tax perspective as well. I began my career with one of the world’s largest public accounting firms, where my foundation in tax law and planning took shape.
