Prior to becoming an attorney I worked at a number of technology companies in a variety of roles, ranging from video game programmer to the Director of Engineering for a mid-sized technology company.  I have a real passion for technology, and that passion is reflected in my law practice.  I believe strongly in providing clients with the best, most efficient, representation possible, and I focus on constantly improving the processes that I and my firm use in performing our work to provide better, more efficient representation.  I try very hard to provide world class representation to all of my clients, which range from individuals to large corporations.  I have provided numerous hours of pro bono services to those who could not afford quality representation, with a focus on insurance issues.  Finally, I enjoy meeting people and working with them to solve their problems.. I am a licensed patent attorney as well as licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. I have litigated numerous different types of cases ranging from employment matters, to personal injury lawsuits, to patent infringement cases, and I am proud of the results I have obtained for my clients in every case.. Outside of my law practice, I am married with a young daughter, and two foster children.  I am also an avid pilot, and fly at every opportunity available.
