“Stephen and I tried a case together in federal court a few years back. We had different defendants, but essentially the same government witnesses testifying against our respective clients. Stephen was highly prepared before after and during the trial. He filed great motions before and during trial and made thoughtful objections here necessary. Turns out the government's case was built on unreliable and fabricated testimony and Stephen exposed that. The result? The government ultimately dismissed the case after a jury verdict that was in favor of the government. I do endorse Stephen and hope to work with him again in the future.”
