Matthew Dubois - Portland Elder Law Lawyer Reviews & Ratings

Mr. Dubois is the managing attorney at the Law Firm of Vogel & Dubois. His main areas of practice are planning for aging and retirement, LGBTQ and non-traditional family planning, Elder Law particularly public benefits law, family trusts, supplemental needs trusts and estate and succession planning. He became a lawyer and joined the firm as an associate in 2000. In 2004, he became a partner with Mr. Vogel and the firm was renamed Vogel & Dubois.. Mr. Dubois is the past Chair of the Maine State Bar Association Elder Law Section, served for many years as Board President of the advocacy group EqualityMaine, and as a Director for SAGEMaine, AIDS Lodging House, and currently the Equality Community Center (ECC) in Portland. He completed his undergraduate B.A. at Northeastern University in Boston in 1994 and his J.D. at the University of Maine School of Law in Portland in 1999.
