As a federal prosecutor, she tried complex cases to include wire tap investigations.. Jacquelyn opened Rokusek Law Office, LLC in 2005. She has since merged her practice and started Rokusek Stein Law, LLC in 2016. Her partner is Phil Stein, another talented trial lawyer with vast trial experience. Her practice encompasses all felony criminal matters in state and federal court. Jacquelyn practices in the District of Kansas and Western District of Missouri primarily, but can practice in any federal court in the United States.
