He is licensed to practice in the Federal and State courts of Maryland, the District of Columbia and Minnesota, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America, and he has represented clients in other jurisdictions that include Virginia, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Illinois, Iowa and others..
