Leslie Prince is a highly experienced and skilled attorney handling criminal defense at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Prince graduated from Hastings Law School in San Francisco in 1981. Ms. Prince also has extensive experience in other types of post-conviction relief, in addition to direct appeals.  Ms. Prince handles petitions for habeas corpus relief, petitions for resentencing (including petitions pursuant to Penal Code section , based on the recent changes to the felony-murder rule), and other post-conviction types of relief, in the California Court of Appeals, , the California Supreme Court, and the federal courts. This is a highly specialized area of law in which many criminal defense practitioners have little experience.
