Mr. Wasserman has acquired special expertise as a lawyer and business person in international trade with the Orient, including the negotiation and drafting of import-export documentation, purchase agreements, letters of credit, customs and shipping documentation. He has served on the advisory board of a major Japanese and California bank.. Mr. Wasserman specializes in real estate law, including finance, construction, zoning, taxation and leasing. His knowledge in those areas has been greatly enhanced by his experience as an owner and developer of industrial and commercial real estate, including shopping centers, industrial warehouses and factories. Virtually all of the specialties which the firm has developed in its domestic transactional practice have been brought to bear in structuring, negotiating, documenting and implementing commercial and financing transactions which have an international dimension.
