I have been practicing law since 1990 and LOVE cases that other attorneys have called impossible. Most of my practice involves immigration cases that have a criminal aspect and criminal cases that have an immigration aspect.. There is a terrible misconception that aliens with crimes cannot win their cases. This couldn't be further from the truth. However, winning immigration cases when there are crimes involved requires an in depth understanding of both criminal and immigration law.. Even if you've already lost your case and you've been told there's nothing more that can be done, visit us for a second opinion.
