Paul was born in New York City and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976, and the University Of Arizona College of Law in 1979. Paul received a Reginald Heber Smith Fellowship and worked as an attorney for Iowa Legal Services and Southern Arizona Legal Aid. Since 1983, Paul has dedicated his practice to representing personal injury victims. Paul is a sustaining member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) (President, Phoenix ABOTA Chapter, 2016) Damages that victims may suffer include medical bills, lost income, pain and suffering and serious physical and emotional injuries.
