Our firm only accepts clients that are having trouble dealing with bills or unwanted telephone calls. I am Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. I am the only attorney with this certification with an office within 50 miles of Wilkes-Barre or Scranton. (Source: , last visited January 26, 2012.) In addition to filing bankruptcy cases, we defend lawsuits filed by debt collectors. We also file suits against companies that place unwanted calls to consumers' cell phones.
