Added to his professional experience is a 4-year stint at White Sands Missile Range where he served as the Chief of Legal Assistance, as well as time spent as a high school teacher. Today, the retired reservist acts in legal cases throughout San Fernando Valley, including Santa Clarita. From the completion of a divorce, to the issues that arise during the establishment of child custody, Mr. Cutter pursues all of his cases with full force and undivided attention.
