Charles Harding is the principal civil trial attorney for the Harding Law Firm with offices in Niskayuna, New York. He practices throughout New York State. Mr. Harding graduated from State University of New York at Albany with a B. A. degree, cum laude, in 1973 and from The Albany Law School of Union University with a Juris Doctorate in 1976. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience, sucessfully representing injured persons in thousands of cases. He has over 200 successful jury verdicts and has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. In addition, he has successfully tried some of the largest divorce actions in the Capital district. He has been honored by his peers by being selected for inclusion in Martindale-Hubbell's listing of pre-eminent lawyers for over 15 years. He reached the pinnacle of his profession by being awarded an "AV" rating in 1995 and he has maintained the highest rating for legal ability and ethical conduct since 1995..
