Kathleen McLaurin has more than 35 years of experience in advising clients in a wide variety of complex transactions with particular experience in the oil and gas industry. She has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions involving publicly traded and privately held companies. In addition to acquisitions and dispositions, she has advised clients in equity and debt financing transactions, both public offerings and Rule 144A offerings, and provided advice regarding corporate governance, particularly with fiduciary duties of directors of financially distressed entities.
