About Melissa Ellis
My practice is focused on federal tax litigation. I help clients resolve all kinds of disputes with the IRS, including audits, proposed deficiencies, penalty abatement, refund claims, unfiled returns, employment tax and trust fund disputes, and collection issues. I have been representing clients before the IRS since 1999 and I know the way the IRS works and how to best approach a problem to get it resolved quickly and efficiently.
