Lee Parsley is a Board Certified civil appellate lawyer practicing in Austin, Texas, with the firm E. Lee Parsley, P.C.. From 2000-2004, Mr. Parsley was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas School of Law, where he taught a seminar on Texas appellate practice.. Lee Parsley literally "wrote the book" on Texas appellate law.  He is a co-author of eleven chapters of the Texas Litigation Guide, Texas's most renowned legal treatise covering all aspects of Texas civil law.  Parsley co-authored Chapters 147-154 on appellate practice and procedure, and Chapters 90 to 92 on pretrial discovery of the Texas Litigation Guide..
