Nick Fogel joined the firm in 2008. His practice is devoted to helping those who have been injured while working on the job and in the line of duty.. While at the University of Denver School of Law, Nick worked in several capacities including:. ·        Legislative Intern for State Senator Dan Grossman, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary and Homeland Security Committees. ·        Judicial Law Clerk for the Office of Administrative Courts. ·        Intern for the Office of the Denver District Attorney. ·        Research Intern for the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council. ·        Judicial Law Clerk for Denver District Court Judge Michael A. Martinez. In addition, Nick served as a Legislative Law Clerk and Registered Professional Lobbyist for Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck during the 2006 and 2007 Colorado legislative sessions.. Recently Nick has Co-founded the Young Professional's Division of the Colorado Judicial Institute, an organization whose goal is to preserve and enhance the independence and excellence of Colorado courts.  Nick has also been named as a board member of the Friends of Denver Fire Department, an organization devoted to supporting the needs of the Denver Fire Department and Denver Firefighters..
